This week is really the last "thing" of the year. You have heard it before, but one more time just to keep you in the know. The Christmas Party will happen this Wednesday night, 12/12, from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm. We will feed the kids, play games, learn a few reasons why Jesus came into the world, exchange gifts, and complete our Christmas Projects.
Be sure not too confuse our gift exchange and our Christmas Projects. The students need to bring a wrapped gift costing no more than $5.00 to the Party. It does not need to be labeled. It will be used in a massive gift exchange for the night.
The Christmas Projects are for the Dorcas House. Each student was assigned a kid from the shelter. They are encouraged to bring a clothing item, toy or age appropiate item, and a gift for a woman. The kid's gift needs to be wrapped and labeled. The woman's gift needs to just be wrapped. We do not have the ladies' names. We receieved the sizes directly from the shelter, so when in doubt, get the bigger size.
