This is a brand new event happening in our Middle School Ministry. It is called the Edge. The Edge is a mini-retreat for Middle Schoolers who want to serve God deeper. Why do we call it the Edge? It is because many of our kids are on the “edge” of doing something incredible to honor the Lord and change the world. The Edge is happening on April 19-20. These dates fall on a Saturday and a Sunday.On Saturday, we will meet at the church mid-afternoon. From there we will go and do a service project in central Arkansas. Next, we will go to our hotel to connect with God and dive into the topic of “What makes a Student Leader?” We will then crash for the night and wake-up Sunday morning to attend worship back home at First Baptist Benton. The cost is $25.00 per person. This fee covers everything. Scholarships are available as well. The deadline to register will be Sunday, April 13th. Simply submit our blue release form and $25.00 to get registered.
