Here is our final outline from "Indescribable." It has been a great series to open our minds to God. We have looked at God is, God is like, and now this one God gives. We could just go on and on about God and never really describe Him. Why? Because He is just that big and incredible!
These outlines can become a catalyst for conversation between parents and Middle Schoolers. This can happen from the dinner table to driving in the car. Help us reinforce the message outside the walls of the church.
#1) God gives Life. Jeremiah 1:5, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."
#2) God gives Attention. Psalm 34:15, “The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry.”
#3) God gives Judgement. Revelation 20:12, “And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books.”
#4) God gives Heaven. John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
