Here are a few notes from our study last Wednesday night. You can take the message home by reviewing the notes and creating conversation. This coming Wednesday will bring our series "Indescribable" to a close.
#1) God is like Gravity. (He is everywhere.) Hebrews 4:13 - “Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.”
#2) God is like a Rock. (He is strong.) Isaiah 26:4 - “Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD, the LORD, is the Rock eternal.”
#3) God is like a Gift. (He gave Himself for us.) Ephesians 2:8 - “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.”
#4) God is like an Artist. (He created everything.) Psalms 19:1 - “The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.”
#5) God is like a Mirror. (We are a relection of Him.) Genesis 1:27 - “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.”
#6) God is like a Doctor. (He heals.) Psalms 147:3 - “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
