Our 3rd annual Burly/Gurly Night is done! All in all it was a great time! Here is a breakdown of what the event entailed...
GIRLS:
The girls ate pizza, cookies, and hung-out together. The girls were grouped at tables for very special projects. Each girl painted a pottery square. Each square will be sent to be glazed and fired. They can be picked up at Common Ground very soon. Next, each girl decorated a bag. God has blessed us with girls who use their creativity. They broke into groups and heard a speaker talking about girl specific topics.
BOYS:
The boys also ate pizza, cookies, and hung-out together. The boys played a round of Knockout followed by many games of Prison Dodgeball. God has blessed us with boys who are energetic. Each boy then gathered in groups and built Marshmallow Lanuchers. The night ended with a speaker talking to them about boy specific topics.
