● Admission: $3.00 for Adults and $2.00 for Students
● Team Registration: This sign-up option is for students who would like to play in the tournament by forming a team. The team must complete this section of the form and enclose the $30.00 registration fee. Each team must have 6 people with at least 3 being girls. Each team must also have the same color shirt or uniform.
● Individual Registration: This sign-up option is for students who would like to play in the tournament, but have not formed a team. The student must complete this section of the form and enclose the $5.00 registration fee. The student will be placed on a team with others who have registered individually. If no space is available on a team or if there is not enough to form a new one, all fees will be refunded.
