Mountain Camp has officially come to an end. Our final day was filled with great experiences. The day began with Family Group Quiet Times followed by breakfast. After breakfast settled, the boys went on the Adventure Hike and the girls went River Tubing until lunchtime.
After lunch, we had our 4th Worship Gathering and Family Groups that centered around Involvement in Church. The rest of the afternoon was wide open for free time. Kids played whiffle ball, kick ball, volleyball, took naps, chilled on the deck, and swam. Once free time ended, our group gathered on the back deck overlooking the bluffs for a group picture. This was followed by a baptismal service in the stream. Next on the list was our final supper at Shepherd of the Ozarks.
After supper, we had the 5th and final Worship Gathering and Family Groups, which focused on Tithing. Once all groups had finished we had a good ole' Camp Fire with smores. The night came to a close with a few rounds of Flash Light Tag. Then everyone was sent off to pack-up, clean-up, and get some shut-eye. It was another fantastic day in the mountains!
